Adapted from the popular Swedish film "Blooming Falukorv" based on the book by Hans Alfredson, Hot Dog Tales is a collection of hilarious short stories and songs which are introduced by a chorus of dancing sausages.

Narrated and sung by Bernard Cribbins, the tales include "The Adventures of Frederick the Sailor", "Buffalo Bert", "Peter and Paul's Palace" and "The Amazing Benson Family". Animation is by Per Ahlin, who was also responsible for the highly successful Christopher's Christmas Mission.
